Read Between the Lies

Today’s Ron Paul of the Day comes straight from our brilliant friends at google. Turns out google has a pretty neat tool called Google Trends that charts how many hits, searches, and results a search term has. The great part about this tool is that it also charts mentions of the search term in the news. Surprise Surprise when compared to the other GOP candidates Ron Paul is by far the highest on the internet searches and by far the lowest by mentions in mainstream media. Today’s Ron Paul of the day, is an interview of Dr. Paul by Bill Moyer’s on his show, in October of 2002, on the subject of the imminent invasion of Iraq. Watching this video now, it seems like Ron Paul is psychic. He knows everything that the public would come to find out over the next couple of years, and he knows already that we have no reason to go into Iraq. Amazing isn’t it. The fact that he knows all of these things is also an interesting point. He knows how weak Saddams regime really is, he knows there is no real evidence of WMD’s nor any links whatsoever to 9/11, which proves a point. These things were common information if people wanted to look for it. Ron Paul is a lot of things, but a Washington insider he’s is not. It’s not as if all of this information was hard to come by, and wrapped up in secret D.C. circles, its just that Dr. Paul is the only person who wouldn’t blindly follow the New World Order.

Here is a great video outlining exactly what the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) wants to happen to America, and ultimately the world. What is scary is just exactly how rigged they have the election to get what they want. Here is a list of presidential candidates who are members of the CFR. Yes, your beloved “change the world candidate” Barack Obama is on the CFR. And for those of you who would say, hey look Huckabee isn’t on the CFR, well technically you’d be right, BUT, he does just happen to have Richard Haass, the PRESIDENT of the CFR, as his Foreign Policy Advisor. Amazingly enough, just about the time that was known, Huckabee had his surges in the poles and primaries.

This is a follow up post on the John McCain on the War quotes. After I further examined the picture, I noticed it it had a link to a YouTube video so I looked it up. I know this is an attack ad, and I don’t really care. Attack ad or not, you can’t change the fact that he said all of these things. They all say whatever is convenient, except Ron Paul.

Today’s YouTube of the day was featured on Countdown with Keith Olberman, and as much as I hate to publish things that were featured in any form of the mainstream media, this was just too juicy to pass up. During a routine campaign stop, Mitt Romney starts on one of his rants about how “disconnected” he is from Washington and that he doesn’t have any lobbyists working for his campaign. (Although he of course has dozens, and the one referenced just happens to work for the biggest Lobbying firm in the country) Amazingly an AP Reporter, Glen Johnson, calls him out on this blatant lie, and doesn’t back down. An AP reporter with a backbone, Who Knew!

Today’s Ron Paul of the day is a great video I stumbled upon from a Ron Paul support site. The on site director of this shoot, Tim Skubick, at the Mackinac Republican Conference is caught blatantly, and in no uncertain terms, telling his camera director not to film any of the Ron Paul supporters.

Tim Skubick works for Fox 2 in Detroit and has a show on WKAR PBS called “Off the Record” and part-time for WILX. EclippTV shows him at Mackinac representing Fox. 20% of the audience were Ron Paul supporters and Ron Paul was the keynote speaker that morning.

The video poster also had a link to the Fox video that was actually aired of the event, without any visible Ron Paul supporters, but of course that video has been taken off of their website now.

Today’s Ron Paul of the day story was featured on Prison Planet but I thought it was so sick that I had to post it, just to make myself feel better, with hopes that more people will see it. To lay out the story, MSNBC Hardball Host Chris Mathews, (well known globalist party-line hack) was on Leno, and for some reason decided it would be amusing to make a joke comparing the GOP candidates to sects in Iraq. It was pretty funny actually, and accurate as well (except the part about Giuliani being moderate), but Mathews fellow MSNBC host David Shuster decided to take it a step further….the video explains it well.

*Note the poster of the video points out up front that something was wrong with his recording equipment and that explains the freeze frame later on in the video, but you still get to see all the important stuff.

Todays Ron Paul of the day is a site that I found that has a great collection of articles by Ron Paul over the past 15 years. The articles are complete and most of them are very interesting and still relative. I believe they are in chronological order from newest to oldest.

I found this on fark or digg this afternoon. The graph is based on their voting records in office, not the crap that they spew every day on the campaign trail. It’s no surprise to me that Ron Paul has the only clean record out of all the candidates.
